ReplyDeleteI also think he helped in filming of star wars ..sure i read that in a interview about 10 years ago .. he also photographed Marilyn Monroe..he understoodt hat photography and film were very much an art form he would paint with light .The Powell and Pressburger films he worked on are masterpieces..you wouldn't think they were made in the 1940s as they were so colourful.
