I advise you to remove or credit. I had problems with my copyright protection in the past and succeeded getting to my rights through a good lawyer.

Ok I'll remove them, but many visitors liked your photo's(as you can see from result of poll) I'll leave your address in the comments so people can see all of the images if they desire to , my apologies but these images were were so relavent to blog just I couldn't resist borrowing them .I don't take credit for any of images here I just find the best on the web .

ReplyDeleteNext time you "borrow" images on the web please be sure to ask the people who own the pictures for their permission.
If you like good photography it's a sign of showing respect to the process of work it takes to create those images. ;)

I find photo's from all over the world ... I should ask for permission I know that, but if I was to write to everyone I'm not sure what kind of response I'd get (if I get a response at all ) and it would take a long time to hear from some of them (as well in most cases there is also a language barrier ..I could write with Google Translate but that may translate nonsense sentences and words in some dialects ).. I used to credit the photographers here when blog started but I'd get mails asking for images to be removed , so I stopped that and carried on regardless .. Maybe I'll make a New Years resolution and ask from now on if I get a positive response then I'll carry on with that if not..No big deal .. this blog won't be here forever and it's not about making money , if someone see's a photographers address on a image I think is great they may want to check out there work at the address ..I see it as a form of free advertising .. but then again others don't see it that way .. Look at it this way if i were to post an image of a Van Gogh painting do I have to ask his family's permission or the people who have bought his paintings? the answer I imagine is no ..but then again I might be wrong .
