The most important masks would be for surgeons -its unclear that people need them to go outside unless they have symptoms - I gotta be extra careful as I have to look after my mum who's 80 - it's a rotten time = have to be super wary.
Surgical masks not so nice but what about some leather ones or rubber or PVC bet there is some of them around?
